Protect Your Energy
Intimacy changes more than the moment. It moves through your body, your focus, and your emotional life in ways few people were taught to recognize. Spiritual Contraceptives offers grounded practices for tending your energy with care, so connection can feel nourishing, steady, and fully your own.
While the book speaks in the context of romantic and intimate relationships, its lens reaches far wider. The practices can be applied to friendships, creative partnerships, family ties, professional dynamics, and any space where attention and attachment circulate. Readers are invited to use them wherever relational energy feels active.

A Sacred Assignment
This book grew out of my work as a professional dominant, where intimacy is real, layered, and often intense, even in the absence of physical sex. My approach centers power, trust, nervous system awareness, and energetic responsibility. Physical boundaries are clear in my practice. Energetic boundaries require just as much care.
Over time, I began noticing something in my clients. Many were struggling with focus, attachment, motivation, and emotional steadiness in ways that did not fully track with their visible circumstances. I began wondering whether part of what they were carrying did not originate with them. That curiosity became the seed for what I now call Sexually Transmitted Energies, or STEs.
In this work, “sex” does not refer only to intercourse. It refers to the creative life force that animates desire, attraction, ambition, and connection. That force moves through many forms of intimacy. When it moves without containment, residue can accumulate.
People in my community have long known this as part of my practice. I regularly recommend energetic field clearing as part of overall care. This ebook gathers those observations into a structured framework that others can use in their own relational lives.
The goal is simple. Stay clear. Stay steady. Stay in yourself while engaging fully with others.
